Our FastPack mainsail cover system is custom measured for each sail and as such is built and designed to fit each of our customers boats resulting in a system that looks great and functions correctly. We do no produce an off the shelf generic cover. Each cover is built using industry standard Sunbrella Marine Canvas, Fiberglass rod battens to support the Lazy Jacks, #15 heavy duty zipper for the length of the cover and spectra and yacht braid Lazy Jack. We build two versions of our cover. The standard FastPack allows for our customers it use it in two different manors. A) Remove the front, wrap around the mast flap. Unzip the full length zipper, raise the main and sail with the cover and Lazy Jacks deployed. B) Remove the front, wrap around the mast flap. Unzip the full length zipper and raise the main. Once the sail is up, slacken off each side of the lazy jacks at the mast and pull them forward. Roll the cover on each side of the boom around the rod battens capturing the Lazy Jack legs and fasten the roll with the built in ties. When its time to drop the main, reverse the process.

The FastPack Lite is a simpler version of our cover, costs less than our Standard Version but is still built with Sunbrella Marine Canvas and a #15 heavy duty zipper.

Our Nonsuch FastPack version has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of a wishbone boom. The FastPack is supported by spectra hangers that replace the standard ones that are attached to each boom. A full length, round, fiberglass rod batten picks up the hangers on each side of the cover. All the loads of the cover and sail are supported by the batten preventing scalloping and providing a much "cleaner" look. Our Nonsuch FastPack is built out of Sunbrella Marine Canvas and a #15 heavy duty breakaway zipper that runs the full length of the cover. Unzip the full length zipper, raise the main and sail with the cover and hangers deployed. When its time to drop the main, reverse the process.
